What happens in your session
You stay fully clothed — loose, comfortable clothes are best. Your therapist uses their hands, forearms, knees and feet to press along the body and move you through a series of gentle, yoga-like stretches.
Pressure
Medium to firm, and always adjusted to you. Let your therapist know if any stretch feels too much.
Health fund
Not health fund claimable. If you want to claim, book Thai Remedial Massage or Remedial Massage.
Quick questions
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing you can stretch in. No oil is used.
Is Thai massage painful?
It can feel strong in tight spots, but it shouldn’t hurt. Your therapist will ease off whenever you ask.
Which length should I book?
An hour is a good first session. Longer sessions allow more time for the stretching.
