Who it’s good for
- Anyone on their feet all day
- Walkers, runners and hikers with tired feet
- People who don’t want to undress for a massage
- A relaxing add-on after a long day at the beach
What happens in your session
You relax while your therapist works pressure points on your feet with their thumbs, fingers and a traditional Thai wooden stick, using massage cream mixed with tiger balm. You stay fully dressed apart from your feet and lower legs.
Pressure
Medium to firm on the pressure points. Tell your therapist if any spot feels too strong.
Health fund
Foot reflexology on its own isn’t health fund claimable. If your feet are sore or you have other problem areas, you can book Remedial Massage instead and claim on your health fund — your therapist will assess and treat the problem, which can include your feet. Remedial Massage prices apply.
Quick questions
Do I need to undress?
No — just your shoes and socks. Wearing shorts or loose pants makes it easier.
What’s the tiger balm for?
It’s mixed into the massage cream for a warming, tingly feel on the feet.
Which length should I book?
30 minutes is a nice foot treat; an hour is a full reflexology session.
