Who it’s good for
- Anyone who feels puffy or heavy, especially in the legs
- People who prefer a very gentle massage
- Travellers after a long flight or drive
- Anyone wanting a calm, relaxing treatment
What happens in your session
Your therapist uses light, slow, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction the lymph fluid flows. It’s much gentler than a regular massage. You stay covered with towels except for the area being worked on.
Pressure
Very light — that’s how it works. It shouldn’t feel deep or strong.

Quick questions
Why is the pressure so light?
The lymph vessels sit just under the skin, so gentle strokes are what’s needed.
How long are the sessions?
Lymphatic drainage sessions start at an hour.
What should I do afterwards?
Drink plenty of water and take it easy for the rest of the day.
