Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your appointment is very important to our massage therapists and is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

• "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount

• Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to be cancelled must be cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time, or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• Gift cards are transferable to friends and/or family

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Payment Methods & Surcharges

We accept payment by card (in clinic and online), PayPal, gift card, and cash in clinic.

PayPal payments attract a surcharge of 2.6%, shown at checkout before you confirm payment. This surcharge reflects what PayPal charges us to process the payment and is not retained as profit. No surcharge applies to card payments, gift cards, or cash — choosing card at checkout avoids the surcharge entirely.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is processed back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

If you cancel and a refund is due under this policy, the PayPal surcharge is not refunded. PayPal does not return its processing fee to us when a refund is issued, so this amount cannot be recovered.

If we cancel your appointment, or are unable to provide your booked service for any reason, you will receive a full refund including the PayPal surcharge.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where a service is not supplied with due care and skill.

Confirmation Texts

As a courtesy, we send a confirmation text approximately 3 hours before your appointment. Please understand that it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time, in order to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
