Quick questions
How is this different from Traditional Thai Massage?
Traditional Thai is a stretch and pressure routine that works through the body. Thai Remedial focuses on your problem areas and is health fund claimable.
Which length should I book?
Sessions start at 45 minutes. An hour gives time for both the remedial work and the stretching; 90 minutes or more covers the whole body.
Will I be sore afterwards?
A bit of tenderness the next day is normal after firm work. Drink plenty of water and keep moving.
